When I contacted him to show a property that he had listed, he initially tried to avoid showing the property by making excuses over the phone. After a lot of back and forth, he agreed to show the property and booked a day and time for the showing. When we reached the property at the agreed time, he did not show up. When I tried calling him up, he did not pick up the phone and I left a voice message. I even sent him a text message asking him what time he was coming. I called him again a few times but he kept disconnecting the phone. He called me after 20 minutes and started blaming me saying he had been calling him since morning to cancel the showing. However my phone did not have a single call from him. There was not even a voice message or text message from him. He just started putting all blame on me.
